  • Low delivery or high bounce: inspect addresses, domains, connection health, and sending pace before touching copy.
  • Healthy delivery but few replies: review ICP fit, relevance, the offer, and the first message.
  • Replies but little positive interest: check whether the promise and proof match the audience's real problem.
  • Positive replies but few meetings: simplify the next step, respond faster, and remove scheduling friction.
  • Meetings but poor qualification: tighten the ICP and qualification questions before increasing volume.
Change one major variable at a time and compare a meaningful sample. Changing the list, offer, copy, and cadence together hides the real cause.
