Reports catalog, explained

Last verified 2026-07-13

Reports uses the same metric definitions as HQ, Outkomes, and the client portal. A number does not change meaning when you move between screens.

The four reports

  • Sent, replied & meetings shows the core outreach funnel for one authorized scope.
  • Per-campaign performance compares campaign cohorts. A person can belong to more than one campaign, so campaign reply and meeting totals are not always additive.
  • Per-seat performance compares the client seats your role may see. Solo workspaces do not show this comparison.
  • Deliverability shows provider-confirmed delivery and bounce outcomes. It does not claim inbox placement, sender reputation, or domain health.

Filters and access

Use date, campaign, client, or seat filters only where the report supports them. Every request is checked against your role and assigned scope. If a workspace has more than 200 campaigns, use Find campaign or open View report from the campaign page.

Small samples and missing evidence

Reply and meeting rates stay unavailable until at least five people were contacted. Delivery fields stay unavailable when the provider has not returned delivery evidence. Tracking coverage tells you how much of the sent volume has a confirmed delivery outcome.

CSV export

The CSV uses the same authorized result and metric definitions shown on screen. If a grouped export exceeds 1,000 rows, narrow the filters and export again.
