A mailbox or LinkedIn account shows disconnected

Every seat has a status: Connected, Disconnected, or Error. The engine only ever sends through Connected seats — the moment a seat drops, its sends stop rather than fail loudly at the provider.

Fix it

  1. Open Settings → Connections and find the seat that isn't Connected.
  2. Reconnect the account and confirm the status returns to Connected.
  3. Deferred sends resume in the next safe window — nothing was lost while it was down.
LinkedIn sessions expire from time to time; that's normal. What matters is that the platform notices, stops, and waits for you instead of pushing a dead session.
