Connect a mailbox and LinkedIn account (your first seat)

Klosent never sends from thin air. Every message goes out through a seat — a connected sending account with its own identity and its own safety limits.

Where: Settings → Connections

1. Open Settings → Connections.
2. Add an email account: the address and sender name your prospects will see.
3. Add a LinkedIn account the same way.
4. Each connected account shows its status — Connected means it's ready to send.

One seat per person#

A seat belongs to one human. If a teammate runs their own outreach, give them their own seat — their conversations stay in their inbox, and their sending limits are theirs alone.
