Templates are your copy library. Write a message once, reuse it across Kampaigns, and let variables make each send personal.

Variables#

Write {{first_name}}, {{company}}, or {{title}} and each prospect gets their own values. A variable with no value renders blank — write copy that still reads well without it.

Phrase rotation#

Write {Hi|Hey|Hello} and each prospect consistently gets one of the options. Your messages vary naturally instead of reading identically.
