The suppression list: who never gets contacted

Some people must never hear from you: existing customers, partners, competitors, anyone who asked to be left alone. The suppression list is that guarantee, enforced across every Kampaign.

Three ways to match#

• Email — suppresses one exact address.
• Domain — suppresses everyone at a company (for example, everyone @acme.com).
• LinkedIn — suppresses one exact LinkedIn profile.

How matching works#

Matching is exact and ignores capitalization, web address prefixes, and trailing slashes — Acme.com and https://www.acme.com/ suppress the same company. Entries are cleaned the same way when you add them and when they're checked.
