Every step type, explained

LinkedIn actions

  • Visit — view the prospect's profile. A warm-up touch; many people check who viewed them.
  • Like — like a recent post. The second warm-up touch.
  • Connect request — send the invite, with an optional note.
  • Message — a direct message to a connection.
  • Open message — reach someone who accepts messages from anyone, without connecting first.
  • Comment on a post, Invite to event, Perform action — additional LinkedIn touches for richer flows.

Email action

  • Email — send an email with a subject and body, personalized per prospect.

System actions

  • Enrich profile — look up missing contact data mid-sequence (costs Koins, only on a hit).
  • Add label / Remove label — tag the prospect as they move through the flow.
  • Send webhook — notify an external system when a prospect reaches this step.

Conditions

  • If already connected · If accepted within N days (watches for the acceptance) · If email opened within N days (watches) · If they viewed your profile.
  • If we have an email / a personal email / a work email / an enriched email / a phone number — route on the data you hold.
  • If they clicked a link · If it's an Open Profile.
Only conditions the engine can actually evaluate are offered in the palette — you can't save a flow that would silently misroute.
